Viewing collaboration status

After you have enlisted a remote share for a document, you can view the status of the copy at that share.

Notes

• The status is updated in near real-time and is not dependent on the scheduled transfers, as are other GCF operations.
• System information about the last GCF transfer operation appear in Remarks.

To view the collaboration status:

1. In Meridian Enterprise PowerUser, select the document for which you want to view the status.
2. Click the Collaboration Status tab. The Collaboration Status property page appears. The list on this property page shows all of the shares that have been enlisted for the selected document and the status of the copies at each share. The columns shown on the Collaboration Status page are described in the following table.
